Team Tents will be reserved on a first come, first serve basis.

Team Tent reservation will be secured upon full payment.

Each Team Tent includes one tent sign with your company logo.

  • Vector or eps logo must be sent by Friday, June 2, 2017 for printing or team sign will be printed in block letters.

Team Tent area is located inside the Craft Beer Garden which means participants or guests must be 21+ with valid ID to enter.

Private tents, tables, chairs and any other furniture are not allowed unless given written permission by HP Movement.

There will be NO outside alcohol permitted.

There will be NO open flames, barbecue/grilling, live or amplified entertainment at your tent.

There will be NO promotions, giveaways, or sampling of food or beverages of any kind, unless given written permission by HP Movement.
